Do you wish for better knowledge and understanding of the use and routine maintenance of dental equipment throughout your office?
Holt’s Maintenance Awareness Program is designed to increase knowledge that can maximize the effective use of equipment and the routine maintenance that extends equipment life. The benefit? Greater efficiency, fewer problems and reduced down-time.
As a part of this program, a Holt Dental equipment specialist will:
- Conduct a thorough inventory of all dental equipment, providing a comprehensive report for future reference.
- Meet with your staff to review equipment use and routine maintenance.
- Prepare a customized binder of applicable user manuals and maintenance information for easy reference when a need arises.

Scheduled Maintenance Program
Would you like to keep all your equipment operating smoothly, with a minimum of problems, intervention and down-time?
To help reduce the number of emergency service calls, Holt Dental Supply offers a Scheduled Maintenance Program that addresses routine maintenance and service repairs before problems arise, saving both time and expensive emergency repairs.
A Holt service technician will:
- Change oil and replace filters on air compressors.
- Replace filters and amalgam separator cartridges on vacuum pumps.
- Evaluate and maintain x-ray processors, including digital processors.
- Review and check equipment in operatories and hygiene rooms, including lights, delivery units, chairs and intraoral x-rays.
- Arrange for future appointments to regularly monitor equipment.

Comprehensive Equipment Evaluation Program

- Personally review with you the findings of this inventory.
- Provide tailored recommendations regarding equipment that should be repaired or replaced to increase productivity and efficiency.
