Q: How do I open an account as a new customer?
A: Click on the registration link located on the top of the Home page of our website. Registering will allow you to become a "Bill My Account" customer. All new accounts are subject to credit approval. Eligibility is restricted to U.S. residents located in the geographic territories covered by Holt Dental Supply representatives.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order with your credit card or for existing Holt Dental Supply customers you can choose bill my account and pay later.
Q: What are Holt Dental’s payment terms?
A: For “Bill My Account” customers terms are ½% 10, net 30 Days from date of invoice. Customer can pay from invoice or from statement. We accept check or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Q: When will I receive my statement?
A: Statements for customers A-L are printed on the 15th day of the month. Customers M-Z are printed on the last business day of the month.
Q: When do finance charges get applied?
A: Finance charges are applied to amounts that are 30 days past the invoice date and are subject to 1.5% finance charge.
Q: How do I return product?
A: You can contact Customer Service at 888-458-7200 and request a call tag for the return of product. Existing customers can give returned product to their sales representative.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Holt Dental Supply, Inc will credit or exchange any product that is defective or does not perform to your satisfaction. We will accept returns within sixty (60) days of date of purchase. Special order items will be accepted within thirty (30) days from date of invoice and are subject to restocking fees based on manufacturer’s policy. A copy of the original invoice and reason or explanation must accompany the product return. Product must be returned in its original, undamaged and unmarked package. Shipping and handling fees, including hazmat fees will not be credited. The following items are not returnable:
- Opened hand pieces
- Small equipment and custom ordered equipment
- Expired product
- Items that can’t be returned to the manufacturer
- Clearance items are not returnable for any reason.
Q: Can I ship my order to an address outside of the United States?
A: We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
